Refund & Return Policy

At Aiman Jamal Label, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Since our ethnicwear is handcrafted by skilled artisans in Lucknow, we ask that you review our returns and refund policy guidelines carefully.

1. Return & Exchange Window

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. You have 7 days from the date of package delivery to request an exchange or a return for eligible items.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or size exchange, your items must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same brand-new condition as received.
  • The item must have all original brand tags, pricing labels, and packaging intact.
  • Custom-stitched items, custom-altered products, and items purchased during clearout clearance sales are non-returnable.

3. Initiating a Return

Returns and exchanges are coordinated securely through our WhatsApp support channel:

  1. Send a WhatsApp message to +91 6306144841 with your order ID and a photo of the product tags.
  2. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect outfit, please share an unboxing video or photos showing the defect.
  3. Once approved, our team will coordinate a reverse shipping pickup (charges may apply depending on the reason for return) or provide shipping instructions for you to send the package back.

4. Sizing Exchanges

If an outfit does not fit you comfortably, we are happy to exchange it for another size of the same design (subject to catalog stock availability). Sizing details are shown in our Size Guide. If the desired size is out of stock, we will issue a store credit note.

5. Refund Processing

  • Once your returned item is received at our Lucknow studio and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds for prepaid orders are credited directly to your original payment method (Bank account, UPI, or Card).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are executed via UPI transfer or bank transfer to details provided by you during WhatsApp coordination.
